This is my new rpc Rin Chi. She comes from this clan I made up Chi means earth. In the Chi clan everyone has their own special abilities and jutsus, Rin controls the four main elements ( earth, air, water, and fire), and when i say abilities I mean like some are masters at healing or can change their color to blend into the background around them. Rin's ability is that she has super strength and she can control the four elements without using any hand signs ( except for the effective ones then she has to use hand signs ). She has a pretty cool story but it's really long so i'll save it for the next vid about her.
