Not What It Seems--Part 2:Well we finally reached the Gym and Wizard Training. Demi waved to Joe and he winked and walked into class. Nick hadn't left my side yet, so I didn't move either."Hey Selena, you coming?""Um, yeah, I'll be there in a second. Save me a seat?""Sure," Demi smiled and walked into class.I turned back to Nick, who to my surprise, looked torn. "Well I guess I'll see you later." I turned around to walk into class when Nick grabbed my hand and gently pulled me back to face him."Don't leave yet," Nick said, "I wanted to ask you something."I smiled, "Alright, what is it you wanted to ask?""Well, my brother, Kevin, is out of school and I'm sure he would love to meet you and Demi. So I was wondering if you wanted to come over after school and meet the rest of my family.""Sure, I'm up for it. I'll just ask Demi." I laughed, and he looked puzzled, "What happens if I have homework?""I'll help you, of course." He smiled, and then hesitated, "But before I leave, do you mind me asking to see your schedule?"I laughed, "Of course not," I grabbed my schedule from my bag, "Here you go."He looked it over for what seemed like only a second, was it really true that vampires had fast speed? "Well it seems we will be seeing more of each other today." He smiled, "See you after class," he turned around to leave, but then turned back around in a second, "Don't leave without me." Nick teased.I laughed, "I'm sure that's not possible, what with you being fast and all."He laughed, and was in the Gym in a second, I walked into class seconds before the bell rang and sat by Demi."Did you talk to the teacher?" I asked."Yes," Demi said, looking at me, "She said we could sit where ever we wanted. Of course, I chose the back." Demi laughed."What's his name?" I asked, curious."Mr. Hoff. Just so your aware, he doesn't seem like the patient type." Demi said, giving a look of annoyance.Mr. Hoff called for the classes attention, he didn't get it for at least 30 seconds, "SILENCE! When the bell rings you are to be quiet and listen to the teacher."Demi looked at me with a "I told you so" look, I rolled my eyes. Class went by slowly, I tried my hardest to listen but my mind often went elsewhere. I kept thinking of Nick, about what we would be doing at his house... meeting his family. That reminded me, I needed to talk to Demi about that. But now wasn't the time, especially with this inpatient teacher. After that thought, the bell rang. I looked at Demi while packing my stuff."So Demi, Nick said he would like to invite you and I to come over to him and Joe's house. He thought it would be cool to meet the rest of his family." I was done packing my stuff, I looked at Demi, and she was wide-eyed. "What?""Are you serious? Joe and Nick are brothers?" Demi was really surprised, I didn't know she had no idea. Of course, I didn't really know either till Nick said something, but I did assume. They looked fairly alike."Well yeah, they do look a lot alike." I laughed.Demi got up and so did I, and we walked out of class. "Hmm... I guess so. But anyways, that would be awesome."I laughed, and noticed that Demi was looking forward. I turned my stare from Demi's face to look up, and realized that Nick and Joe, back leaning against the opposite wall, were starring at us.
