New Delhi, December 5 (ANI): Russian President Dmitry Medvedev who is on a three-day visit to India, was accorded a ceremonial reception on Friday at the President house in New Delhi. Medvedev was welcomed by his Indian counterpart Pratibha Devisingh Patil and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. Medvedev arrived in New Delhi on Thursday and is likely to hold wide-ranging talks with Manmohan Singh and foreign minister Pranab Mukherjee.
