Tekkonkinkreet is a deeply interesting film. An emotionally-involved storyline, profound protagonists, and definately not your average action-genre anime. I find the animation style stunning. Realistically detailed settings, but the character design is very simple, fused well with 3D effects. I paired it with Linkin Park's "Wake" because it is a simple song in a way, and with the rage-filled screams and guitars that tie into Kuro's (Black's) inner demon.

One of the best movies I've seen all year. Awesome animation, amazing art direction, topped with an engaging story accompanied by a mesmerizing score from Plaid.
