It is clear that the incompetent idiots of the Bush administration had no idea what they were doing, and they had a complete and utter disregard for the Iraqi people. The only protection of the national assets of Iraq was given to the oil fields, while the National Museum, and the National Library were left totally unprotected. The National Museum of Iraq was completely looted, and the National Library of Iraq lost countless treasures due to fire.The advice of experts was completely ignored, and for this reason we see the situation we do today.The events depicted here are not news to me, as I have studied the occupation of Iraq in great detail.
