This song was originally supposed to be happy. And then it kinda turned a little emo on us. But all and all, it works pretty well. If you listen hard at the end, we ended up recording the crickets outside our window (we did this one late), and we decided to keep them in.Constructive criticism please :D

Pretty much the very first song I ever wrote, and the third song I ever recorded. Still one of my favorites, and its been one of the favorites of all the people i've shown it to. Enjoy! As usual, constructive criticism appreciated.

Just an Evaline fan.Massive respect to these boys and their insanely good music. The energy and emotion in their EP is unreal. If their upcoming LP is as good as their EP, they will singlehandedly wipe all their peers off the map. ... well, I just love em. I love what Steve did on the EP and Greg looks insane on the youtube performances. I can't wait to see them live. Both could outplay me with one hand tied behind their backs, so forgive my mistakes. They both, and Evaline as a whole, are huge inspirations.other notes:-The beginning was not planned. But I thought it was kind of funny so I kept it. I play my sticks until I break them and one just happened to break before the good take of the day. If I was really good, I would just have grabbed one of the extra sticks next to my hats and kept going. Oh well. next time. -I am a student in engineering and recently had to quit my band to finish school. It has been sad for me sometimes and I felt I needed an outlet for fun and to maintain some chops. Maybe I hope get some constructive criticism, but this is mainly for my own selfish hopes to not lose practice time. Kind of a challenge to myself. -I hope to put up some more over time, different bands that I love to play to, but again, school is insane. Hopes include Mars Volta, deftones, Muse, Mute Math, qotsa, and other fun indie stuff. -using my roomates janky camera which is rigged with some night vision stuff that he made. (He's a tech nerd) Still learning to sink music with video so bear with all the rough parts. Thanks for watching and hope you likie..
