After over a month of being in denial, Pakistan on Wednesday (January 7) finally agreed with India on one matter -- the fact that the lone surviving terrorist of the Mumbai attacks, Ajmal Kasav, is a Pakistani national. Welcoming the development, New Delhi has now told Islamabad it is free to seek access to its man. The Pakistani government will now have to take a decision on Kasav's demand for legal aid from the Pakistani government. Just a fortnight ago, TIMES NOW had reported that Kasav had written a letter where apart from admitting to being a Pakistani, Kasav made an appeal for legal aid and asked his country for his partners to be given a proper burial.
