Save Darien's Wetlands is a Flood Watchdog Group located in Darien, CT. On January 7, 2009 we showed the pictures in this video as our comments on Environmental Protection Commission application 60-2008, an building application for a home on designated wetlands and site rated HIGH flood risk by the National Flood Insurance Program. We ask that you support the Town of Darien's Flood Mitigation Strategy by visiting our website and signing the petition for the EPC to recommend purchase of this site to the Board of Selectman for the use as a water detention area.
