Suburban Chicago radio station WXLC held a contest called "Win A Date With Travis", a 46-year-old man named Travis Harvey defined by the station as a "great guy". Turns out, the "lucky" female ended up being sexually assaulted by Harvey, and she is now suing the Waukegan, IL radio station, owned by NextMedia. But as criminal defense attorney Natricia Tricano argues, "You can't sue a radio station for your own poor judgment."Meanwhile, Harvey, previously convicted twice for violating a domestic violence protective order, pled guilty to sexual assault of the victim, the contest "winner".From CNN Headline News.
