*Nick returns to the room and sees that the girls have gone, and it is just Joe, Kevin and his dad stood in there waiting for him*N: My life, is over. What if Melissa sees that picture?!J: call her! Tell her that it had nothing to do with you!*They return to their hotel room and Nick tries calling Melissa. No answer. He tries every hour for the rest of the day but still no answer. He gives up, and goes to bed. Half way through the night he wakes up, and looks at his watch. 2am. He picked up his phone, and tried one last time to call Melissa. This time she answers*M: *Sleepily* H Hello?N: Melissa! Omg how glad am I to finally get hold of yo-M: Nick? It is 2 in the morning!N: I know I know and Im sorry for waking you but I REALLY need to talk to youM: Sorry it will have to wait until later Nick Im too tired right now Night.N: No! Bu-*Melissa hangs up. Nick throws his phone across the room and screams into his pillow**THE NEXT MORNING*[With Melissa, Zirah and Charlotte]*Zirah goes to the door and collects the post. She picks up a leaflet which says OPEN MIC NEXT TUESDAY. ANYONE CAN ENTER. DO NOT MISS IT!! She takes it through to the girls*Z: Hey you two, look at this. *hands Melissa the leaflet*M: Cool You gonna enter Z? You love singing.Z; Yeah I think I might you knowC: cool! What are you gonna sing?Z: Dunno Ill decide later right now Im gonna make breakfast Im starving! You two want anything?M: Yeah Ill have a bacon sandwich please.C: and me!Z: Okay. Ill bring them throught to the living room.M: Cool.*Melissa and Charlotte head to the living room. Just as they are walking past the front door the letter box opens and the morning paper falls through. Charlotte walks over and picks it up. When she opens it out to see what is on the front page, her mouth drops open in shock. She takes the paper through to the living room*C: Er, Melissa, I think you should see this *Hands the paper to Melissa**Melissa open up the paper, and what she sees on the front page makes her heart skip a beat. **Melissas P.O.V*NICKS NEW GIRL? Has Nick Jonas gone and got himself a new girlfriend? This picture suggests exactly that. It was snapped yesterday afternoon at a backstage meet and greet of the Jonas Brothers final show of their 6 month worldwide tour. I couldnt read anymore. I threw the paper back at charlotte and ran upstairs to my room and cried hysterically into my pillow.*Zirah walks out of the kitchen just as Melissa runs upstairs in tears. She walks into the living room the see Charlotte stood reading the front page, with a shocked expression on her face*Z: Charl? Whats happened? Why is Melissa crying?C: *shows her the paper*Z: OMG!!! WHAT THE ?!C: I know how could he do this? I thought he was nice...Z; yeah we all did![With JB]*Joe and Kevin are sat in Joes hotel room reading the paper when Nick walks in*J: um, dude you should probably see this N: *Knows whats coming* No NO WAY! *Rushes over to Joe and grabs the paper. He looks at the front page in horror* How could they do this!!!!!K: they just care about the money do you think Melissa has seen it?N: Crap! Melissa!! *Rushes back to his room and searches for his phone. He finds it by the door. He dials melissas number and waits**Nicks P.O.V*Please pick up please pick up PLEASE pick up!!! NO! No answer! *Tries again, but there is still no answer. He keeps trying, but every time there is no answer. He calls Charlotte*[With the girls]*Melissa hears her phone ring and looks at the screen. Caller I.D Nick. She ignores it. It rings and rings and rings, over and over again. She tries to block out the sound by burying her head in the pillow. Eventually it stops ringing. Downstairs, Charlottes phone rings*C: hello?N: Charlotte! Thank god! I need to talk to MelissaC: Nick?N: yeahC; Pfft, well I dont think she wants to talk to you right now. And neither do i! how could you do that to her!!!!???N: *Quietly* She saw itC; yes she saw it!!! And it completely broke her!!! She is in a right state!! How could you do this?! We thought you were nice nick but I guess we were wrong you fooled us all bye nick. *she hung up*[With Nick]*Closes his phone as joe and Kevin walk in*K: Has she seen it?N: Yep. They all have she absolutely hates me and charlotte ant Zirah do too they didnt even give me a chance to explainJ: do you blame them? If I were them th-N: yeah, thanks joe way to make me feel better.*Another week passes and Nick tries to call Melissa every day, but every time she ignores her phone. Joe and Ashley begin dating, and when the day comes for the boys to return home, Kevin is the only one who is glad*

This is my own personal dog and I've never seen one of these in another case (isn't that typical?). This likely represents a rare myxoma attached to the posterior tricuspid valve leaflet. In 2 year's time this mass grew by about 1-2 mm.
