Sonsetbeach replaced the two cabs I previously reviewed. The cabs are contracted by Sonsetbeach in New Mexico through a factory/Mom/Pa shop in California. As can be seen in the video, quality of workmanship is was much better. Construction is 3/4" plywood with dado joints. Cabinet itself appeared to be solid. There were still a few minor issues with trim work and piping. These two cabs sustained more handling damage as evidenced by several dents in the cab. I will still keep these. My opinion? You can't beat the quality of original Orange manufacturing. The Sonsetbeach cabs still need some workmanship improvement but are usable. PS: Rack screws have a larger diameter and will not work as a replacement for the speaker screws. Actually the screws wound up being slightly shorter for the JBL E120s ... the hole templates were tight if not off slightly and made speaker installation a real task.As a note ... I have in the past purchased Marshall clone cabs from Mojotone ... quality is exceptional and the packing/handling excellent.

This hovercraft was built about 20 years ago from a small picture. No plans - all scratch built. The frame is wood with Dacron glider cloth for covering and a canvas skirt. The engine is a 10 hp Briggs and the fan is hand carved from 2"x6" construction lumber glued and sandwiched between aircraft plywood. Air flowing past a rudder controls engine torque while direction of travel is accomplished by simply leaning to any direction. The light bar has 90 3 mm LED's and plastic diffusers. They are driven by a 'Knight Rider' style sequential circuit using a NE555 and a pair of 4017 decade counters.
