At a very excellent gig, on Saturday 15th November 2008, Karine sang this poignant, self-penned song about a Borders Farm near Earlston, that is indeed named "Sorrowlessfield". The anecdotal story goes that it was the only Borders Farm to bring home all of its men from the disastrous Battle of Flodden in 1513. Karine is a prolific songwriter and with material like this, she is in her element.
