【新唐人亞太電視 阜東 陳美生 臺灣臺北報導】對於美國全面禁止進口中國相關乳製品，臺灣學者表示，美國採取了預防重於事後補救的作法，採取暫停進口一段時間，來思考面對三聚氰胺的問題，是很值得臺灣效仿的。對於美國全面禁止進口中國乳製品，身兼消基會秘書長的師大化學系教授吳家誠表示肯定，並希望臺灣能朝這個方向來做。 消基會秘書長吳家誠：「很多三聚氰胺長期的這個風險，跟可能對健康的影響，這部份的實驗是缺乏的。所以現在如果美國有新的這個做法，表示它整體全面性對三聚氰胺的這個來源，以及三聚氰胺在食物鏈的這個走向，特別是對人體的影響，或對小孩的影響，他有一個比較明確的掌握了。」「所以以預防的方式去針對事後再來補救，來面對這些有害的這個物質，實際上才是一個正確的作法。」 吳家誠表示，人們每天接觸的化學物質不只一種，應該計算整體的危害風險，因此國際上在管理有毒物質，除了預防重於補救，也加以監控管制。 吳家誠：「現在對於這些毒理資料以及有害物質，它的所謂科學上的證據不能夠很充足的時候，這些東西的使用跟運用，甚至怎麼樣進到人的食物鏈，更應該加以監控跟管制，以免到時候一蹴即發，然後爆發出來的時候，就像這次三聚氰胺，大家很難去面對。所以這已經是一個國際上共同的趨勢跟走勢。」 吳家誠指出，三聚氰胺存在中國的食物鍊中其實已經有幾十年的歷史了。 吳家誠：「早期在1950年代的時候，就曾經有三聚氰胺這個東西被拿去餵牛。所以這個東西實際上應該是存在在食物鏈裡面，應該是蠻長久的。」「只不過這個一般的我們所謂比較先進的國家，比較進步的國家，包括美國在裡面，他們從來沒有想到在中國大陸那種地區，會用這樣的方法，來增加所謂的我們的蛋白質含量檢測的這個檢測值。」其他推薦:神韻晚會－神韻藝術團全球巡演http://www.DivineArts.org/New Tang Dynaty Televisionhttp://english.ntdtv.com畫作啟良知 苗栗展出真善忍國際美展http://www.cntv.us/zh/view/15519
