It is especially recommended for viewing after the Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE), or the two Semestral Assessments (SA1 and SA2), or the two Continual Assessments (CA1 and CA2), where there are ample time for some Civics and Moral Education (CME). The importance of National Education (NE) cannot be overemphasized, as the Ministry of Education (MOE) has emphasized many times.
