The final member of the Elite Four; Lance, the Dragon Master!Lance is very hard. He's got a Gyarados at Level 58, two Dragonairs at Level 56, an Aerodactyl at Level 60, and a Dragonite at Level 62.Every Pokemon on Lance's team knows Hyper Beam, so be very, very careful. Gyarados is one of Lance's better Hyper Beam users (Considering Gyarados' Special stat is very high) so make sure to fry it before it can unleash such a force. Dragonair can use Thunder Wave to paralyze your Pokemon, so try to frost them. Aerodactyl is one of the fastest Pokemon in Red/Blue, so be careful. Luckily, it's attacks aren't very powerful, so just wail on it. Dragonite is very powerful, and his Hyper Beam inflicts major damage. Thankfully, it likes to pointlessly use Agility. Once you've beaten Lance, prepare yourself. For the ultimate battle!
