Causing so much continual suffering that one would prefer dying, should be considered a worse crime than killing and punished strictly. There should be a suicide right for all, so that the worst kind of suffering could be avoided.No-one has the right to force people to a work that hurts so much that they have to be kept drugged, like many engineers are (and soldiers?).

AMV with Tales of the Abyss. Focuses on the Keterburg gang plus Asch. In some ways all their paths meet. Peony, Jade, Saphir and Nephry were all friends growing up. Peony and Nephry fell in love only to be torn apart by the Score. Jade moved on his path to become known at the infamous Necromancer, abandoning the research that killed his dear professor. Saphir took on the name Dist and set out to avenge his teachers death. Where Asch comes in is he wouldnt have been abducted if it werent for Jades research of fomicry. Not to mention Asch and Saphir work together as Oracle Knights. Basically this video shows how all paths meet, dreams are broken and those continue on through the hardships in their own way, for better or worse. Footage is from both the game and OVA and art from loyal fans (if any art is yours, let me know and Ill recognize you for your superb work). Song is Still Alive by Lisa Miskovsky

Created in response to continued Government attempts to close down Indigenous Homeland communities in Australia.Yolngu and other Indigneous peoples have been living on their Homelands since well before Settlement. And since Mission days they have continuously asserted their desire and intention to remain on these traditional lands. However, current and recent Government policies have attempted, repeatedly, to force people off what is traditionally and legally, their own country. These measures have included such things as rolling back basic services to which every Australian citizen is entitled, and shutting down Homeland Schools while simultaneously linking school attendance to eligibiliy for social security eligibility. And so on. Homelands have been characterised as sites of social dysfunction, violence and backwardness. They have been described as 'cultural museums' and much worse. But to Yolngu and other Indigenous people Homelands are the source of language, culture, law and life. This project came about through the desire of one Homeland family, to tell the Government what they think and feel about these continued attacks on the life they lead.

But Stevenson is a CO who may have seen too many men die -- the two immediately come into conflict over Braden's presence on the boat and his mission, a top secret foray into Japanese waters that jeopardizes the boat. The captain, in his strict adherence to regulations, makes it as difficult as possible for Braden to carry out his assignment, and Braden doesn't make matters easier between them by speaking his mind.
